I need information on obtaining grants without having to pay a fee.

I am seeking information on how to obtain fast grants for business, personel needs, and housing. I have researched this on the internet. Every site I visit charges a fee-which I can not even afford at this time. Are there grants for real , and if so how can i apply for them without paying money that i dont have. I have two children and am a stay at home mom. My husbands checks barely covers costs of living, sometimes not. We are desparate for any help.
